Joe & Kiren, Founders, The Digi Yesmads
Our Story
Joe and Kiren walked away from traditional office life a decade ago. They've worked remotely with international teams, raised their son Indy on the road, and built careers that fit around life, not the other way around. TDY exists because they knew others needed the same.
Originally from Doncaster. Traded long hours in Canary Wharf for projects that actually mattered, from solar energy consulting in Africa to organising international football tournaments. At TDY, Joe oversees strategy, operations, systems, and growth, keeping the community running and evolving. He leads AI sessions, workflow discussions, and coworking facilitation. Also deeply committed to Muay Thai, in case you were wondering.
Originally from Wolverhampton. Has worked remotely with international teams across EST/PST time zones since 2016. At TDY, Kiren leads community engagement, partnerships, the weekly newsletter, and member experience, shaping the culture and brand that makes TDY feel different from every other group. Her real superpower is building communities where people feel genuinely welcome. Mum to Indy, which means she understands remote parenting better than most.
